It is the responsibility of each crew to contact and contract their means of transportation to Sea Base. Air TravelYou have a variety of travel options available to you in your trip. Listed below are the airports serving South Florida. Depending on your adventure, you will want to know the best way to get to your destination. Crews attending Bahamas Adventure and Bahamas Tall Ship Adventures can take flights to Marsh Harbour, Bahamas through either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale airports, depending on the airlines you choose to use. Crews attending a Scuba Certification, Scuba Adventure, Coral Reef Adventure or Sea Exploring Adventure will be traveling to Sea Base, located in the Florida Keys at Mile Marker 73.8 (Key West, the southernmost point in the Keys, is located at Mile Marker 0.) Crews attending the Out Island Adventure or Keys Adventure will be traveling to the Brinton Environmental Center, located in the Florida Keys at Mile Marker 24.
Ground Transportation
The Sea Base staff will help in "dropping off" rental cars and getting drivers to and from the Sea Base so that you don't have a vehicle sitting at the base for a week.
